At last Guinness have seen sense, and are only producing one edition of the World record book. Before there used to be different versions for different countries, which lead to a lot of confusion over some World records, for instance mine :(, it meant that whilst I was the fastest talker in the world, because I am british I was only listed in the British edition, and the fastest talker in America was listed as the fastest in the world, for the American edition, even though I had a faster speed.
However that's all been dealt with now, and I am in the worldwide edition., if you want to see my world record then click on the link below, if you are looking for the Guinness Book of records site, then there is a link to that on page as well.
It's amazing just how times people spell Guinness incorrectly, the favourite typo is only one "n" IE Guiness, or one "s" guinnes.
I only found out about this by looking at the search engine hits my pages were getting. so if you spell it correctly, you will have better luck finding the site you require.
